Share your clinical results and correspondence with other hospital departments
With Electronic Data Submission in Auditbase, you can share documents instantly with your central system without dealing with printed documents and the hassles of scanning and sending documents separately. You simply share documents electronically, directly from where you are working in Auditbase.
Send clinical reports automatically when saving actions. You can also set up a user approval or generate a clinical summary for manual distribution.
You can share data automatically from the Documents and Letters module, the Audiogram module, and Journal records, when you use New Update or Delete document. By setting up Auto submission events in the Administration tool, the clinical actions are automatically shared with the central system as the actions are performed. Your administrator can configure submissions to include overlays and extensions for audiograms and date and time sorting for journal records.
Technical Bits:
Based on the context specifications you provide (e.g. naming conventions, email and logging configurations), Auditbase delivers a pdf document and a context file when submitting clinical actions. The context file is read by the receiving system and the data is stored accordingly.
When generating Treatment summaries you can choose to print to paper or to send the data electronically.
Technical bits:
To send Treatment Summaries, Auditbase uses the MEDCOMEDIfact format for discharge letters with binary attachment, the file pair MEDDIS and MEDBIN, in order to be able to include a graphical element in the context and discharge text. Further, the solution supports handling of acknowledgements.
As both N3 and ISO 27001 certified, Auditdata guarantees the secure handling of your data. Being N3 certified means we have completed the NHS Information Governance Statement of Compliance in the UK and thereby comply with all legal requirements of the NHS to safeguard the confidentiality of patient identifiable data. Furthermore, our internationally recognised ISO 27001 certificate demonstrates that we ensure a high level of information security in handling personal sensitive data. Both certificates require us to have a well-documented and comprehensive Information Security Management System in place, all of which is your guarantee that securing client data is a top priority for us.
You can track the status of all submissions in the Attention list. If, for some reason, the submission is unsuccessful, your administrator will receive an email with the issue.
