Appointment reasons allow for creating appointments in the system and organizing your work. Duration, Color and Outcomes can be modified at any time. You can also create more reasons and even completely replace them with ones closer to your needs.

Appointment Statuses
Appointment statuses will allow you to manage your appointments by applying a status to them. You will be able to mark appointments as completed and even make then non-editable based on status, for example ‘Completed’ can have Lock Appointments status changed to Yes (checkbox marked) which will mean they are no longer editable.

One default user will also be created alongside the Auditdata admin user, the remaining user can be added during the configuration period.
Those configurations will allow you to book your appointments and track them. Standard Cancellation Reasons will also be present in the system, to make sure full process of scheduling can be followed.
Existing configurations are also enough for setting up 3rd party integrations with SMS services.
